Sau thời hạn bảo hành, nếu thiết bị bị hỏng hóc, chi phí sửa chữa sẽ được tính toán hết sức ưu đãi đối với Quý khách hàng. 3. Chúng tôi chỉ bảo hành các thiết bị, linh kiện hỏng hóc được sử dụng trong điều kiện bình thường, còn nguyên tem, bị hư hỏng về kỹ thuật hoặc do lỗi của nhà sản xuất. 4. Các trường hợp sau sẽ không được bảo hành: - Phiếu bảo hành bị mất, bị sửa đổi, bị tẩy xóa hoặc rách rời không còn nguyên vẹn. Tem bảo hành bị rách hoặc ngày tháng trên tem bị sửa đổi. - Khách hàng tự động tháo máy khi không có ý kiến của Nhà cung cấp. - Thiết bị bị hư hỏng do thiên tai, tai nạn, nguồn điện không ổn định, sử dụng sai quy định, phụ kiện không chính hãng hoặc do động vật, côn trùng làm hỏng. Các trường hợp cháy nổ, sứt mẻ chíp, xỉ hoặc phù tụ, hỏa hoạn, làm rơi vỡ, biến dạng thiết bị. - Các lỗi do phần mềm, mất dữ liệu do virut hoặc do cài đặt phần mềm riêng gây ra. - Các phụ kiện, vật liệu tiêu hao trong quá trình sử dụng: Băng mực, vỏ lô sấy, trống từ, hộp mực, đầu kim, băng xóa, băng từ,…
